He has spoken with Men’s Health stating that he only eats between 12pm and 8pm and that it dramatically increased his energy levels. Hugh Jackman is no stranger to getting jacked in the gym, and at times, he relies on intermittent fasting to achieve his excellent results. When training for X-Men: Days of Future Past, he spoke with Train Mag and revealed that he sticks to a 16:8 intermittent fasting routine and that it helped keep off fat while he bulked up. Chris Pratt went from being the funny guy on Parks & Rec to the ripped superhero in Guardians of the Galaxy, and one of the ways he got there is through intermittent fasting. At one point, he took to social media and said that he gets his cardio in the morning and doesn’t eat until noon while encouraging others to learn more about this style of eating, boasting that it's worked for him.
Five days a week, Mark Wahlberg fasts for 18 hours. He told The Wall Street Journal that he found the perfect window to break his fast between noon and 6pm. However, if he has a harder workout on the two other days of the week, he may only fast for 12-14 hours, but he sticks to the 5 days of 18-hour fasting to achieve his health and fitness results.

Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel opts for the 5:2 fasting routine. This means that he eats normally for 5 days and then restricts his calories considerably for 2 days. He told Men’s Journal, “On Monday and Thursday, I eat fewer than 500 calories a day, then I eat like a pig for the other five days,” so it goes to show that it really is all about the timing and not necessarily restricting yourself every day of the week. This style of intermittent fasting has worked for him as he dropped a considerable amount of weight and has a better appreciation for the food he eats.

Elon Musk has credited intermittent fasting with his ability to lose 20 pounds in the past. And more recently, he took to Twitter and was open about adding Wegovy to his fasting routine to help him lose even more weight. He has said that the app Zero helped him pick the right fasting plan for him based on his specific goals.
The former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has discussed eating only one meal per day. In an interview, he shared that he only eats dinner between the hours of 6:30pm and 9pm, and it is usually a combination of protein and vegetables. Combining intermittent fasting with hydrotherapy and walking to work is what he claims to help him perform at such a high level on a daily basis.
