Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide (VIP) is a gut hormone initially identified as a vasodilator. It is known to have numerous effects on development, growth, and the function of neuronal, epithelial, and endocrine cells. These effects influence ion secretion, nutrient absorption, gut motility, glycemic control, carcinogenesis, immune responses, and circadian rhythms.
VIP is composed of 28 amino acid residues and is found throughout the alimentary canal, lung, placenta and adrenal glands. VIP plays a critical role in maintaining gut immunological tolerance by regulating T cell and Toll-like receptor (TLR)-mediated immune responses. Its anti-inflammatory actions aid in the treatment of various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases like sepsis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, and type 1 diabetes.

1. Online Health History
Complete your online health history, answer questions regarding your healthcare, and sign consent forms.
2. Medical Consultation
Our partner providers will complete a medical consultation, which includes a review of your medical history and information and will contact you regarding the prescription offering. Should you not be eligible for a prescription there is no cost to you and you will be immediately refunded.
3. Personalized Treatments
Your treatments will be shipped to your door by our partner pharmacy. We will also follow up with you to schedule an additional visit to further optimize your care.
We offer testing and treatment options for our therapies in all fifty states.

Most patients feel VIP right away.
We will help you draft a receipt for HSA/FSA to submit back to your insurance for reimbursement. Generally, labs are covered under these plans but we cannot guarantee how each plan covers HSA/FSA. Just ask your health coach during your appointment and we’ll ensure you have all the tools you need to submit.
