Medication is not included in Blokes Zepbound Weight loss plan (2.5mg $399/mo and 5.0mg $599/mo).

Our partner providers will complete a medical consultation, which includes reviewing your medical history and information, and will contact you regarding the prescription offering. Should you not be eligible for a prescription, there is no cost to you, and you will be immediately refunded.
Once approved and prescribed by your clinician during your online consultation, you will be prompted to make your payment for the Zepbound® vials through our partnered pharmacy.
Once payment is received, you can expect to have your medication delivered within 72 hours. Please allow for an additional day or two if medication is purchased over the weekend.

Complete your online health history, answer questions regarding your healthcare, and sign consent forms.
2. Medical Consultation
Our partner providers will complete a medical consultation, which includes a review of your medical history and information and will contact you regarding the prescription offering. Should you not be eligible for a prescription there is no cost to you and you will be immediately refunded.
3. Personalized Treatments
Your treatments will be shipped to your door by our partner pharmacy. We will also follow up with you to schedule an additional visit to further optimize your care.
Our membership program is $99/mo, billed quarterly. This program includes virtual doctor visits, personalized health coaching, and on going care.
Zepbound vial costs $399/mo for 2.5mg or $599/mo for 5.0mg vial. The vials are only available when paying cash, and are not eligible for insurance coverage.
We will help you draft a receipt for HSA/FSA to submit back to your insurance for reimbursement. Generally, labs are covered under these plans but we cannot guarantee how each plan covers HSA/FSA. Just ask your health coach during your appointment and we’ll ensure you have all the tools you need to submit.
